With outdoor spaces and backyards to enjoy fresh air, the home offers ample room for WFH or to spend quality family time. We take extreme care and precaution to ensure guests and staff encounters sanitized spaces and work hard at maintaining our cleaning and hygiene protocol. While each unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest and during your stay all precaution is taken to avoid any unnecessary exposure, for the comfort of all residents, guests are requested to be mindful of society rules and follow regulations as mandated for common areas. The whole home is yours to use. Common spaces are the pool and the common walkways and areas of the society. We live 10 mins away and have a team looking into the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Since it is a residential complex, it has an onsite manager, security, pool attendant etc. We are available on the phone or email whenever needed and have someone on site 24/7 for later check in and check outs. You will be met with by the manager upon check in and can always reach out to us before or during your stay for any help or information needed. Tucked away from the buzz, the quiet village of Varca will have you ambling away time, taking leisurely walks and itching to dip into the pool at any given excuse. At about one kms from the sea and a few feet away from the pool, you are a sun hat and a beach mat away from absolute bliss. Daily needs shops, chemists and all other essentials such as banana chips, soda, imported cheese, fresh produce and meats are easily available - a five minute drive away. You are within a 10 min drive radius from a variety of eating options, most of whom deliver or else have dining in or pick up options.Neighbourhood is peaceful, locals are helpful and happy to help and a short dirt road separates you from the bustling neighbourhood village market and susegad mode tranquility. Set in a South Goan village, the connectivity is not all that great if you are relying on public transport to get around. The bus stop is about a 10 min walk from home and busses ply every 20-30 mins to head towards the nearest city, Margaon, about 20 mins away. Alternatively, hiring a car or a two wheeler is a popular and convenient option. The nearest airport is Dabolim about 45 min or 25 kms away. Nearest train station is Margaon, which is about 20 mins away. Car and bike rentals are available upon prior notice.
