Colonial room is a L-shape 2nd floor private bedroom in a Cape Cod home located across from Lost Creek golf course. Lodging is 2 mins from fast food, Walmart and exit 125 on I-75. Fast commute to both hospitals (5-8 min) and 12 minutes away from Husky refinery/factories on Chemical Way (when no trains). Common Space: Bath, Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry. This room has a double bed, 32” TV, mini fridge, desk and plenty of space. Park in driveway. Complimentary wifi, coffee, tea, hot coco. Our goal is to provide a relaxed place you can recharge as needed while being available (on-site, or via text/call) should you need any assistance during your stay with us. Our neighborhood is quiet. Our place is across from a golf course with plenty of open space with plenty of animals to watch. Many folks walk their dogs along the street with minimal traffic. Lyft is popular around Lima. There is a bus stop one block away. Or Enterprise picks you up when you rent a vehicle from their office. Guests share parking in our driveway.
