For cycling enthusiasts a separate bike path (/jogging path) from the road to the next town was built (Gran Tarajal, 4 -5 Km), where there are big supermarkets, many shops and a lovely promenade with a wide sandy beach and numerous restaurants along. Various public gratuitous parking is only 50 meters away, the nearest bus stop is about 100 meters away. The nearest supermarket (SPAR - Padilla) is within walking distance and is in the village. - All rooms are lockable. - The garden is a commonplace. The washing machine on the veranda is used occasionally when the landlady is present (a few weeks a year) or when needed by the cleaning staff. Each apartment has a separated entry. Apt1 and Apt2 are on one level (on the ground floor) All apartments can be rented separately or together (in this case, you could ask me for any possible discount) (apartment availability is obligatory). - Children Unfortunately our house is not suitable for children under 12 years and pets, because the houses are built in terraces and our patios have fairly low parapets, an accident could quickly happen. You couldn´t let the kids just one moment out of your sight... Therefore we ask for your understanding that we only rent to adults and children over 12 years. - Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. But you can smoke in the garden. - Wifi is available (max. 100GB for the whole house monthly (fair consumption please)) ATTENTION! The last two weeks (or at least 3 days) in June (highlight on June 29) every year the village is celebrating the fisher "San Pedro Pescador". At this time there is a big party on the jetty / beach. This note is important because my house is very close to the water and the jetty and you can hear the music also in my house. For our guests, who long for rest and relaxation that may a bit disadvantageously. However, for those guests who like the bustle and want to celebrate, that time is highly recommended. It is a great spectacle with very good mood and party on the doorstep, so to speak ;-)
