This space has a queen bed, 2 XL twin sized daybeds & a twin ottoman , (we can add 2 air-mattresses). Ensuite private bathroom. Base price is for 1 or 2 guests. $25.00 per person per night fee added for additional guests. We have a mini fridge, mini microwave and mini coffee maker in this room and access to our BBQ on our deck if you like. We offer 2 other private ensuites in our home. This space is designed for short or long term comfort, for a single traveler who likes a lot of room to themselves or groups. Please note we are sensative to people having cat allergies. We have 2 cats but they are never allowed in the guests room and never have lived in our guest rooms. We run HEPA filters in those rooms as well. You have access to your own filtered water tap in your suite, a mini fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker & hot water kettle, as well as access to the grill & dining on the deck, the park & bike trails are accessed from our back deck too. We love getting to know our guests, sharing our favorite spots in and around Madison and learning more from you and your adventures that bring you here. And adapt to your needs for privacy or desires for less interaction. Mature tree lined, quiet and safe, plenty of free street parking. If you are not driving or wanting to hire drivers, our front door is 1/2 block from 2 of Madison city bus stations. It is very easy to get all around Madison driving too. Street parking is ample and free. Winter (November - March) parking rules apply to odd numbered side of the street (our house is on odd numbered side of the street) for odd numbered days of the month (as in what is the dated as of 1 AM - 7 AM) and even numbered side of the street for even numbered days of the month (as in what is the numbered day as of 1 AM - 7 AM).
