Casa Boa enjoys a fabulous stand alone location overlooking the beautiful Ria de Muros y Noia. The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. It’s the perfect retreat to get away from the madness of modern day life. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes). Casa Boa sleeps 6 people in two double bedrooms and one twin room, each beautifully fitted out with individual pieces of art and furniture. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. One of the double rooms has an en suite bathroom, the other two share a separate bathroom with a shower and bath. It has an open living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor with a downstairs washroom. One of the bedrooms has a winter garden with a gorgeous ocean view where you can simply sit and relax, watch the sun go down or just enjoy the trees moving in the ocean breeze. A guest once remarked that this was the perfect spot for writing a novel. To the rear of the house is the sun-trapped back garden, protected from the coastal winds by established trees and the architecture of the house - the swimming pool (8mx4m) area becomes a great place to unwind, admire the view and soak up the blue skies of summer. To the front of the house is a substantial patio with outdoor dinning area- a finer way to enjoy at fresco dining would be hard to find as one sits back to admire the view and listen to the waves with a glass of the excellent local wine in hand. Mesmerising. Villa Boa is rented as a complete house. Guests can access all the facilities.
