Our unique B&B/farm stay accommodation option is located on 435 acre farm where we breed cattle, sheep and pigs as well as grow heritage cider apples. The private, two storey self-contained accommodation is a part of a traditional timber barn and offers two bedrooms - one on the ground level and one upstairs with a lovely balcony with stunning views over the property. Located in Gippsland Victoria - 18km from Warragul towards Korumburra and 120 km from Melbourne. •A queen size bed in both bedrooms •Folding single bed in downstairs bedroom -Travel cot available upon request •Upstairs balcony with breathtaking views •Open plan living area and kitchen •Cosy wood fire (main heating) with fire wood provided •Fully equipped kitchen including stove & microwave •All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware •Towels and Bed Linen provided The Seaview Park property was once a dairy farm. The old diary building has been converted into a private residence which is located approximately 500 metres from the B&B. The farm is now home to approximately 190 cows and calves, 50 sheep, 10 pigs, 8 chooks, 2 alpacas, 4 horses, 2 ponies, 1 dog & 1 cat. Calves March-May & September-November Lambs July-September Piglets March-April & September-October FACILITIES FOR HORSE LOVERS Horse lovers can bring their own horses and enjoy private rental of our equestrian facilities which include a large covered indoor arena (24m x 64m) with showjumps, spectacular views, stabling with amenities, hot wash and breathtaking outdoor trail riding options. There are additional costs for stabling and arena use. More details on our website. Please do not bring your horse without making prior arrangements. BREAKFAST HAMPER - Enjoy our local produce As part of the booking we provide the following supplies that are grown or made on site: a loaf of homemade bread, 8 free range eggs, 1 pack of smoked bacon from our free range pigs plus other seasonal produce (e.g. tomatos). Butter, spreads, tea & coffee and 1l of milk also provided. Extra breakfast supplies can be provided at additional cost. LUNCH & DINNER - There is an excellent restaurants within 15km and more dining options in Warragul. Farm grown meat for a BBQ can also be arranged with prior notice. Weber bbq is provided free of charge if you purchase our meat. If you bring your own meat and want to borrow the bbq, a $5 fee applies. Access to whole farm available. There are lots of tracks to walk on and lots of animals to watch. There is a in your room. For your safety we ask that you don't enter paddocks with stock unless there is an owner present. Self check-in. Owners contactable by phone. Please let us know if you will have any visitors during your stay. Parking is directly in front of the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is on the left hand side of the barn building. No driving (apart from to/front the accommodation) is allowed around the farm. Wheelchair ramp for entry, shower seat and drop down rails are available. We are a working farm however and terrain around the property may be challenging for those with limited mobility.
