Fishella Motela Sleep Cabin and RV site

Fishella Motela is named after avid hunter, fisherman and friend, Phil Fishella who passed away in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Fishella Motela is a renovated 10x12 sleeping cabin and RV site right on the Trinity River. The spot is a perfect for any virtual office right on the river, if you must bring work with you. A great spot to glamp, camp, BBQ, rest, hike, enjoy! Bring your kayaks, rafts, and just chill out experiencing Trinity's beauty and nature! Fishella Motela is a cute 120 square foot, fully renovated Tuff Shed cabin, with a comfy queen bed (pics to come--replaces the double futon), TV, DVDs, mini-fridge, port-a-potty and a new Gasland propoane shower unit with hot water! I also provide bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Ideally, the cabin holds 2 or 3 people, but extra people can camp on the site for a nominal added fee. To the right of the cabin is a separate fenced area with a private shower heated by a new Gasland propane shower unit, a changing room/with towels, washcloths, body wash and shampoo, a water jug, hand soap and a washing area with mirror and chair. Inside is a mini fridge, DVD's, TV, and a container of plates, bowls, forks, and kitchen towels. Outside there is an area with a propane BBQ grill, a small table for prepping food (no enclosed kitchen), a yoga/sunning platform, Adirondack chairs, a shade screen, picnic table and umbrella. Down by the river are more chairs, a large carpeted seating area and the beautiful Trinity River where you can meditate, relax, hang out, wade/swim and access the Internet to work or play music, and just have fun! Guests staying at Fishella Motela will have access to the river and general campsite area which is fairly large. If bringing an RV or extra campers, there is a $25/night extra charge. Please ensure the RV is no larger than 24 feet. Simply plug it in (50 amps) and you have extra room for guests along with the cabin. Guests staying at Fishella Motela will have access to the river, high speed Internet, and general campsite area which is fairly large. The port-a-potty is serviced regularly. Guests will need to check in with me when they arrive and I will direct them down to the site. I live on the 7-acre property in the main house and am available, as needed. The neighborhood is very safe and composed of a mix of full-time residents as well as those visiting their second homes. There is a lot of active wildlife in the area, beautiful stars at night and simple rustic charm. Trinity has many recreational, entertainment, farmers' markets, and traditional events throughout the year in Lewiston, Weaverville and Douglas City. Go on-line and check out (Website hidden by Airbnb) Please always respect neighbors, speed limit signs, the land, animals, rental rules, and please no noise after 10:00PM. Guests can take walks/hikes throughout the neighborhood or visit nearby Lewiston, Lewiston Lake, Weaverville, Whiskeytown & Trinity Lakes or fish along the river. Lewiston is 3 miles away; Douglas City 6 miles and Weaverville about 12 miles. There are several local hiking trails to access. Across from the Junction City Store you can turn right and travel to Canyon Creek waterfalls and hiking trails, which is amazing. There are good local restaurants, bars and various local community events throughout the year. Stage a vehicle at Indian Creek and take a 2-hour kayak trip down the river and enjoy the beauty of the area! While I know your pets are your family, I typically ask that you leave them home or board them while visiting. The local Lewiston Vet can accommodate as well as the Pet Motel in Weaverville.
