Each room has it’s own bathroom. Enjoy the pure breeze in a private sanctuary besides a nature reserve with plenty of space and meditation areas. Do birdwatching; relax, surf or snorkel at the beach, or do an hour hike to the reserve. We can offer a guided visit to the reserve. Relax with an aromatherapy or epson salt bath in the Roman bathtub, have dinner in the viewpoint and watch the stars. We offer the choice of a private chef. The place has a feeling of being at both the beach and the country at the same time. Plenty of flowers. If you come during season you can eat mangos from our mango trees. The house is fully fenced so dogs love to run wild and free. Each room is a suite with private bathroom and one of the rooms is a detached studio apartment. Friendly neighbors El Cocal Country Club and Beach Club is a small gated community with private access to the beach. It is 15-minutes from Walgreens and supermarket. Eat pork at one of our nearby lechoneras or have a seafood pastelillo. Near the Maunabo lighthouse which is work a visit. It is 30-mins from a horse sanctuary and petting zoo called Horse and Pony’s. The best way to get around is renting a car. The property is in the middle of a nature reserve so expect nature at its fullest. You may see bugs and be beaten by mosquitoes.
