A spacious and bright room with two electric beds, a large mirrored wardrobe, a set of drawers and a desk. Our home is 2 mins from public transport, shops, a library and restaurants. It is a short walk from a shopping mall, VUE cinema and much more A sunny spacious room for either 1 or 2 persons. There is a desk which can be used for laptops and studying. There is also a printer that may be used. As our guest you will have access to the 2nd reception room, the kitchen diner where you can prepare light meals and eat at the oak dining table. There is access to a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Guests also have access to our large sunny garden. There is a shed and garage where bicycles can be stored. We will try to help you in anyway we can. However, if you require peace and quiet we will respect your privacy. My home is in a safe and peaceful area. However, it is a two minute walk to the local shops, a library, takeaways and a restaurant. We are a twenty minute walk from a major Shopping Mall, VUE cinema, Bowling and an abundance of restaurants. It is the biggest place for employment in Bristol. Public transport is close by, which will take you to the city centre, the shopping mall, the hospital, Parkway train station, Bristol and UWE universities etc.
