Four blocks away from the Main Street Flushing downtown. A great place for doctors who need short term stay ( like hospital rotation ) because of Flushing hospital nearby and more. An ideal place for those who want to visit Flushing for sightseeing and airport lay over guests. ( JFK &LGA. nearby). US OPEN is also a must. This A plus location room is on the first floor. It takes only 10 minutes to Main Street subway station on foot. where #7 train is available to Mid-town Manhattan. Main Street is a busy shopping street in Flushing. There are many restaurants there like Chinese, Korean, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese... It is just 5 blocks away from my place to the Main Street. Queen size bed is another bonus for guests of two. Also, an attached bathroom provides guests with much more privacy. There is a big parking space nearby the side door on the Franklin Ave. side. It is $5 per. day fee charges if guests need it. Guests use side door to check in. Kitchen is located in the basement. Microwave and refrigerator are provided to use except for pans , utensils. Guests need to bring them if guests want to cook during stay. Washer and dryer, located next to kitchen are also available to use. Guests shall buy detergent and soap powder by themselves. I am an experienced airbandb host. I will respond you quickly by answering all questions you may have and host you in the way of hotel hospitality. Meanwhile. I respect guests’s privacy! House is located in the safe friendly and peaceful neighborhood. Location is super as I introduced before. By walking to Main Street Flushing from my place, there are bus lines, LIRR ( Long Island rail road). and number seven train subway terminal station. For guests who come by driving their own cars, there are intestate highways nearby such as (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and grand central parkway... Guests should not make sound loudly such as turn on music in speaker. Vehicle engine should not be idling in the driveway Leave shoes outside room
