Cozy get away

My space is very neat and clean has state-of-the-art 24/7 security surveillance system in/out of house. Beach is about 15 mins away. Restaurants, shopping mall, public transportation and entertainment are in walking distance. Spacious backyard with deck, parking on premises I like to socialize with my guest and can be reached via text or phone for any question or concern. Very Save and people friendly neighbors/neighborhood. Best way to get around is dependent on destination but in any case the appropriate method is available.
