Paradis Island is now open with the new normal. Our place is an eco-friendly and unspoiled private island for rent where guests can enjoy either one, or both lake villas. Each villa is rustic furnished and has fully set-up glamping tents. Located at Cavinti, Laguna, it can be found near Lake Lumot at the Sierra Madre mountain top, approximately a 3 hours’ drive from Manila. Paradis is the French word for paradise. We want our guests to fully experience our Paradis way of living and unwinding. Paradis Island is 6,800 sq.m. in total, spacious enough for 2 villas to occupy. Evidently, Villa 1 has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, with 1 toilet and bathroom in-house, as well as 1 toilet and bathroom outdoors. It also has an equipped kitchen, downstairs balcony, dining, and living area. Being on a remote and virgin island, our resources are limited for power and water. This, however, highlights the eco-friendly, peaceful, and natural vibe of the island. Rest assured, we operate on solar panels and a scheduled power generator set for the comfort of the guests. We also have a water pump and tank for the water supply. The villa has no aircon units but is well-ventilated, furnished with electric fans and screen windows so the guests can stay and sleep comfortably. It also helps that the lake and the island are situated on the top of Sierra Madre Mountain. So, it is not as warm as compared to the city living temperature. It gets pretty cool even on summer nights at around 24 - 26 degrees Celsius. Guests have for them the entire 4-bedroom within Villa 1. Overnight rate is 10,200 pesos per night which covers 6 guests and 1 pet free. Every additional guest/kid on top of the 6 is 1,000 pesos per night and 500 pesos for every additional pet. Infants 0-3 years old are free of charge. It can accommodate up to 16 people. The rate includes the use of the amenities, bohemian setup, kitchen fee and service/cleaning fee. Guests can also book at Villa 2. In terms of privacy, guests do not have to worry since the island is large enough to accommodate the 2 groups. Some amenities however will be shared between Villa 1 and Villa 2 guests. Renting the Whole Island If you want to avail the whole island (both Villas 1 and 2), it’s at 15,900 pesos per night which covers 9 guests and 2 pets free. Every additional guest/kid is 1,000 pesos per night and 500 pesos for every additional pet. The whole island can accommodate up to 25 people. Other Costs: *Round Trip Boat trip (One-way pick up and one-way drop off) is 750 pesos for small boat of 1 - 5 guests maximum, and 1,500 pesos for big boat of 6 up to 15 guests maximum, to be settled in the island. *Additional requests for boat rides (e.g. errands or late guests) will be automatically charged P500. *Parking fee is 200 pesos each car per night at the port, to be paid to the parking caretaker. *Hourly generator fee for extended usage at 300 pesos per hour. We provide life vests and other floaters, free of charge. The island is a private and secluded area where you can unwind outside the hustle and bustle of city work and living. We just design the island like a paradise which is very much unique and picturesque. We are inspired with the designs in Paradis from our travels around the world. For guests with their own car - You may key in in your waze, Cavinti Multipurpose Gym. Our boatman will wait for you in the parking near the port. Parking is at P200 / night in the Lumot Multipurpose Gym. Average time of travel from Manila is 3 hours by land, and from the port to the island, it's 15 minutes. Boat fee is round trip of P750 for 5 guests with luggage. For 6 guests and up, you can avail a bigger boat at P1,500 which can accommodate up to 15 people and luggage. You may message our caretaker, Joy at when you are on your way to the port and what is your estimated time of arrival so she can coordinate with our boatman of the day.
