Entire lower level of our home w/Paris Theme

Our home is located in a quiet West St. Louis County neighborhood. The lower/walkout of this place is your home away from home. It has a private entrance from a walk around sidewalk to the backyard. You will have the entire lower level of our home. We live in the upstairs or first floor of this home. Our place is best suited for one or two couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has been recently remodeled with a French Parisian theme! The space includes a private bedroom and bathroom with tub/shower and guest access to the family room with AT&T cable service, fireplace sitting area, dinette area, children's playroom with lots of books and toys, desk available, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, dishes and flatware. You would be able to prepare simple meals in this area. Breakfast items and snack items are available. A couch in the family room area is a sleeper which could accommodate two adults or children. In addition, a queen and twin inflatable mattresses are also available. There is a pack n play for infants/toddlers. The backyard has a great playground for children! We are located approximately 3 miles from both I44 and I270. We are very close to Castlewood State Park for lots of great trails along the Meramec River and bluffs above. We are close to Six Flags, malls, outlet malls, grocery stores and many restaurants including Mexican, Italian, Bar & Grills. We are approximately 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis and the airport! Guests will have the use of the lower level of our home which has a private entrance. This includes a bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom, wet bar, family room sitting area with TV, fireplace sitting area, dinette which seats six adults/children, playroom with tons of toys, playhouse and books, kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, counter space, storage shelves, and pantry with items available to eat. We are happy to help and interact as you wish and need. We are most often home in the upper level of the home. We are also available by text or telephone. We love traveling ourselves and love to meet new people and hear about their lives and travels. We hope you will feel most welcome in our home which can be your home away from home! We live in a subdivision with homes next to each other. Our street is a no outlet street, so we do not have a lot of traffic, although we are located close to a major street that leads to our street. The tree-lined subdivision is great for taking a walk around the neighborhood on the sidewalks. We are also close to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a bus stop close by within walking distance. This is a wonderful space for families with children. I have many toys and an outdoor playground for young children.
