Located right between the Narrabeen lagoon & Narrabeen beach, the location is more than perfect! This tranquil paradise is so far from everything, yet very close to convenience; a short walk by the lagoon to main shops, great restaurants and epic waves. It will have you waking up to the sound of local birds and going to sleep listening to the crickets. Walk across the main road for a morning swim at the beach or relax on the balcony whilst watching the sunset over the lagoon. The flat has two large bedrooms. One with a large Queen size bed and build in wardrobes, the other with a King single. The ample living room & dining room, give way for the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with all comforts; new electrical kitchen, dish washer, microwave, blender, toaster & kettle. There is also a separate roomed laundry with washing machine & complimentary liquid. The block of flats has access to a private swimming pool. Inside the laundry there are picnic chairs to take down to the beach or lagoon to watch the sunset. The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential, made up of young families. The flat is located near bus stops and minutes walk to the B-line which takes you straight to the city in 40minutes.
