This freestanding holiday home was renovated in the spring of 2014 and is located in the quiet little district (Žunići) on a hill above Vinjerac, North Dalmatia - directly opposite the Paklenica National Park. The area is not only ideal for sun worshipers and water sports enthusiasts but also for nature lovers and hikers / climbers. From the house, you have a beautiful view at the Adriatic sea and the Velebit mountains. It`s located in a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by a mediterranean garden with fig and pomegranate trees and a natural stone wall. The holiday house is suitable for 4-6 people and the ground floor includes a kitchen , bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You can reach the barbecue area directly through the kitchen, infront of which is also a small terrace. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a toilet, a lounge with another sleeping possibility, library, games, TV and a desk. Furthermore, upstairs there is a small terrace with sea view and a slightly larger terrace at the entrance.The house is almost fully furnished with new furniture. All windows are provided with removable mosquito nets. The house has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished, all household items are new. It has a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, as well as small kitchen devices that make life easier: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. The balconies on the first floor and the Mediterranean garden are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. You can use the brick barbecue for your physical well-being - with grilled meat and cold drinks, you can enjoy the warm summer evenings in the South! Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available. There is one parking space located on the property and another vehicle can park in front of it.
