The spacious rooms will allow you to relax in the cool of the summer heat and away from noise, this accommodation is particularly suitable for those who want to breathe an atmosphere of other times. The villa is equipped with large spaces that allow you to live independently their moments and share the communicating spaces together the living room, the cheerful kitchen of the '70s that thanks to the large oven and the fireplace will allow you to cook any delicacy including ideal for excellent grilled, the patio or the large garden. Guests will have complete availability of the Villa, with the exception of the basement, the external technical rooms and access to the terrace. I give space to my guests but they are available when they need. The villa is located a few minutes from the central square where you will find a bar, pharmacy, grocery store, newsagent and shops. Scattered with monuments, it is richly equipped with any service necessary to spend a stress-free holiday. The Villa is one of the few noble residences in the small town. Acquarica del Capo is located along the road that connects Gallipoli to Leuca, in the middle of a valley bordered by the greenhouse of Pozzo Mauro and the Serra dei Cianci. The village is of medieval origin, built after the destruction of Pompignano by the Saracens, around the tenth century, and the absorption of Ceciovizzo and Cardigliano. The Villa is just a few minutes from the Acquarica del Capo railway station where there are also extra-urban bus lines that lead to the main marinas. Arriving by car is convenient thanks to the State Road 101 that leads not far from the house, the perimeter road outside the Villa is equipped with free parking, while inside the garden you can park a few vehicles. The Villa will be managed as follows: within a maximum of 5 people (not including newborns) the rent fee includes a fixed price plus a surcharge of 10 euros per day for each additional person. The unused bedrooms will be closed.
