Adversane Cottage is a wonderfully comfortable and tastefully presented 2 bedroom guesthouse, ideal for couples or small families. This self catering accommodation with cosy logburner provides great access to the beautiful South Downs and surrounding areas with many walks and cycle routes close by. Enjoy nearby Petworth, Goodwood House, Cowdray Park, Arundel Castle and Beaches within 30 minutes - West Wittering, Worthing, Littlehampton. Adversane cottage is a self contained, single storey and detached cottage sharing the drive adjacent to the owners main house. Believed to be the old laundry building, this period property has been renovated to provide 2 bedroom accommodation. The master bedroom has a King Size bed with ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds suitable for children or adults. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. The kitchen has an induction hob, cooker, toaster, dishwasher and american fridge freezer. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower, loo, sink and can also be accessed from the main sitting room/living space. The cottage has a wonderful modern log burner, thermostatic central heating and hot water. The property has its own small garden area with table and chair for outside dining. You have access to designated parking in the private shared drive of the property. Access to the cottage is via the main gate. Host is always available by email, text for any questions as necessary and happy to meet guests in person should they wish to find out about the local area or anything else related to the cottage for the stay. There is a local pub within easy walking distance which serves Italian food. A baby travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
