Holiday Apartment with Beach and Perast views

1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) with breathtaking views over Bay of Kotor and Perast islands in a newly built waterfront village with private beach. The apartment is on second floor of a 2-storied villa. The apartment sleeps 4 and features 1 bedroom (queen bed), living room with sofa bed for 2 extra people, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen, terrace with breathtaking sea and Perast island views, free parking. Free wi-fi. Aircon. Baby cot and high chair. Sunloungers are free for our guests. Car is recommended to explore central Kotor and the bay of Kotor as public transport is not very convenient (although local BLUE LINE bus around Kotor Bay goes every 30-60 minutes and connects Kostanjica with Morinj, Perast, and Kotor old town). The other must visit places are Perast (15 mins drive from the apartment), Tivat Porto Montenegro (15 min drive via ferry), Budva old town and Sveti Stefan (50 min drive), maybe Skadar Lake if you have time. You will have to use the ferry if you want to go to Tivat, the ferry is 4.5 euros per car and is very regular and easy going every 5 minutes (buy your tickets before you enter the ferry at the kiosk).
