The style and feeling of our home is a personal mix of clean scandinavian lines, playful colours and a genuine love for all things vintage! 125m2. On top floor one master bedroom and two charming children bedrooms filled with toys for your kids to explore and a toilet with bathtub/shower. On the ground floor you have the social and spacius kitchen and dining area, the very heart of the house! Kitchen is connected to the cosy living room that has glass doors opening up to the garden and pool area. In the basement you find a large bathroom equipped with shower, washing mashine and dryer and a extra bedroom with queensize bed if needed. Welcome enjoy our home! You will have the house, garden and pool area for yourself. A part of the garage and one room in the Basement will be sealed off to store our private stuff. We will always be available, if not in person, by phone. We would love to give you recommendations on where to eat, what to do etc. During summertime we or some of our friends will come by and water the plants and clean the pool. Malmö is a small town, but big enough to excite you with fantastic parks, beaches, restaurants and cultural life. If you have kids, visit one of the many themed playgrounds. Take a walk or picnic in a park. Nearby is a new public bath with waterslides. Go to the beach Ribersborg where the locals gather to take a swim or just hang out. If you don´t like people, stay at home and enjoy the pool by yourself. Malmö has a nice mix of restaurants and bars ranging from simple streetfood to fine dining. As I run a restaurant myself I would love to recommend my personal favorites. Kulladal is a calm area, but situated very central. Its a 20 min walk to Möllevångstorget where you go to have a drink and eat. You have the shopping centres Mobilia as well as Emporia close at hand. The bus Ride to Malmö Centralstation is 20 min. If you Go the other way you end up in closeby Svågertorp with departement stores like Ikea, Bauhaus, Elgiganten and such. Malmö is perfect for biking. You can Go anywhere within 30 min. For short travels within The city you can take a taxi. Parking lot included. - The pool area is fenced/gated (as required by swedish law), so small kids can play in garden separated from pool. - No smoking indoors. - No pets. - No events/partys.
