Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. This holiday home is located on the Riverfront and is perfect for your getaway. The large kitchen and living area will fit guests comfortably. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. NO PARTIES. If Camping or Caravans are on the property with no prior arrangement charges will be applied. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Under the upper story there is a small amount of construction to enclose the bottom level. You will have access to half the concreted/undercover area. The very large grassed area is available for use IF THERE IS NO OTHER GUESTS CHECKING OUT THE SAME DAY A 1PM CHECK IN IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE CONFIRMED CLOSER TO YOUR STAY. I am available on the phone at all times. We have a good relationship with residents in the Mannum area if onsite assistance is needed and we are unable to attend the property. Small Friendly neighbourhood. A short stroll from the property you will find the Mary Ann reserve and the main street of Mannum. Mannum is a easy town to explore by foot. Boat ramp is 500m from the property. **Please note, the waterfront is not fenced off so children will need to be supervised and wear safety vests at all times. The Balcony supervision is essential. Life vests are not supplied ** NOTE - Long weekend bookings 3 night MINIMUM LINEN NEEDS TO BE ARRANGED 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN.
