New and independent apartment of 55m ². Air-conditioned. Newly furnished in the attic of a family house located in the hamlet of St Victor - town of Trévignin - 8 km from Aix les Bains (spa), 10 km from Lake Bourget and 12 km from Mont-Revard with its large Nordic ski plateau and 2 family ski resorts. All comfort, calm, bright with balcony and clear view on the Dent du Chat (above Lake Bourget). A large living room facing a French window opening onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Montagne du Chat (above Lac du Bourget.) A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A second "bedroom" by partition of the living room by curtains (see photos) Possibility of adding an extra bed and a child's bed. A bathroom with shower - wc - washbasin and a fitted kitchen with a dining area. The 55m² apartment is very bright and recently equipped with reversible heat pump type air conditioning. The whole apartment is at the disposal of the travelers. The keys are to the right of the entrance door in a code access box. Then go up to the second level (converted attic) I am discreet but I remain available for my travelers when needed. We live in Provence but my brother Pierre-André and his wife Chantal are nearby (4 milles) and willing to intervene if necessary. The hamlet of Saint-Victor is about 2500 feet altitude, 1.2 mile from the main village (Trévignin ); 5 miles from Aix-les-Bains and 7 miles from Mont-Revard (5000 feet altitude). Aix-les-Bains is bordering Lac du Bourget - the largest natural lake in France - the Revard mountain is a part of the natural park Les Bauges. In winter, with neighboring La Féclaz, it forms a vast nordic ski area. You will also find in season 2 alpine ski area of "family" type: Le Revard and La Féclaz. The route Aix - the Revard - well known by cyclists - is very practicable even in winter with special equipment. There is a bus service from Aix les Bains to Trévignin and Le Revard. At the nearest shoppings can be done in Grésy sur Aix at 4 milles: Carrefour Market and many other shops. Two cheese factories at 1 mile : goats and cows of local production. The market place of Aix - place Clemenceau - vast and lively : Wednesday the whole day and on saturday morning.
