Flaxmill Bay Holiday House - Hahei

Deluxe 3 bedroom holiday house set within private gardens at Flaxmill Bay on the Coromandel Peninsula. Highly appointed with everything you need for a great "home away from home" holiday. Adjacent to a lovely beach, we are also within walking distance to the passenger ferry to Whitianga and close to Hahei, Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. This house is one of 11 houses nestled within the private park grounds of Flaxmill Accommodation. This Garden View house has 3 double bedrooms, each with a super king bed that can be split to twin singles. The standard configuration is 2 x super king rooms and 1 x twin single room, but we can change this upon request. There are 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite off the Master Bedroom). The fully equipped kitchen includes a full oven, full sized fridge, dishwasher, plates, glassware, cutlery and utensils. Coffee and tea facilities are provided. For winter stays, there is a lovely gas fireplace to keep you toasty warm. For the summer months, there is a deck with a private BBQ, outdoor seating area and gorgeous views. All bed linen and towels are provided and we do not charge an extra cleaning cost upon departure. A port-a-cot and/or highchair is available to hire (subject to availability). The house is one of 11 holiday houses set within the park grounds of Flaxmill Accommodation. This house has its own deck, BBQ, outdoor area, garden and parking for 2 vehicles (including boats). However all guests of Flaxmill Accommodation are welcome to enjoy the large beautiful landscaped grounds. The manager's office is open 9am to 6pm and we're happy to answer any questions you have and give you tips on how best to enjoy our wonderful local area. The local area is a safe and relaxed neighbourhood. Flaxmill Bay Beach and Cooks Beach (a short walk away) are great beaches for families to enjoy. The area offers great cafes and restaurants as well as stunning bush walks with fantastic views. Many popular hotspots (Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove) are within a 15 minute drive away. Private car is essential to best appreciate the area. In summer, there are shuttle services that run to Cooks Beach and Hahei. The passenger ferry over to Whitianga is located about 1.5kms from Flaxmill Bay. No smoking or vaping on the property. The house is one of 11 houses and 4 cottages privately nestled within our large property grounds. A boutique campground is also open over Oct-Apr with campers having their own separate facilities away from the accommodation.
