Private suite near CV Exposition, SMC, Burlington

Lovely second floor suite with private entrance, hardwood floors and beautiful light. The space includes a kitchen area with mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave and coffee maker; an area with couch and desk to chat with your friends, take a nap, or work on your computer; and a cozy window seat to sip your morning coffee or read a book. Walls display quilts made by owner and framed lace. Entry is through the front door and up the stairs. The key will be left in a lockbox so you'll be able to check yourself in at your convenience. The code will be provided prior to check in. Champlain Valley Fairgrounds is 5 minutes walking distance. The village has many restaurants, markets, shops and specialty stores, including an Asian food market. A discount mall is a ten minute drive away. A nice area of walking trails is about half a mile away. A little farther away is Indian Brook Reservoir, a great place to swim in the summer and with extensive hiking trails. Two blocks to the Amtrak station and a two minute walk to city bus stop with service to Burlington. Saint Michael's College is 5 minutes away, 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe. Two night minimum stays during the busy season (May to November) but one night stays are possible, depending on the circumstances and an additional cost of $30. The rest of the year, one night stays are fine. Additional charge of $25 for third guest. Limit: three guests.
