A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. We live in the main house; so readily available for questions or requests. There is a local pub down the road, fresh eggs and fresh milk from the farm. We also have chickens on the property; suitable for petting and exciting for the children. There is also a local co-op within a 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk along the fields. Market Harborough station is only 1 hour direct train to St.Pancras which is a 15 minute drive from the property. Guests will need to access the property by car, as we ate situated in the countryside. Once here plants of access to amenities through walking and cycling. Plenty of outdoor space and trails for walking also.
