Porto Santo Pad

Porto Santo Pad is a self-contained flat situated in the backyard of our property. You will have exclusive use of the flat with access to the shared garden. The flat offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, living & dining area and a generous size kitchen. Close to the beach, pub & shops. * 1 x Dog negotiable - contact host prior to booking* The outdoor space is shared with my family but you will have your own outdoor table and chairs, away from our entertaining area. Dogs cannot be accepted if you are in mandatory quarantine. PETS - ONE small dog may be allowed. It must be child and dog friendly and not left alone at the property for long periods of time and not allowed in the bedroom. An extra cleaning fee of $30 must be paid if your dog leaves excessive amounts of fur and any damage caused by the dog must be covered by the guest. Please contact me to discuss before making a booking. Pet sitting may be available at an extra cost. We are only a short 10-15 minute walk from everything Secret Harbour has to offer. The beach, golf club, shops and Award Winning Pub (which is why we love our little suburb so much). Also only a 20 minute drive to beautiful Mandurah and Rockingham where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, stunning beaches and dolphins, and a 10 minute drive to Warnbro station for trips to Perth City. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi (this is subject to availability and not always guaranteed) and a smart TV. Use of laundry facilities are available upon request. The price includes all bed linen and bathroom towels. All you need to bring are beach towels. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery and pots and pans (no dishwasher). The bedroom has a huge 3 door wardrobe with drawers and floor length mirror. You will have use of a warm outdoor shower opposite your front door for after those beach visits. Our home is located on 'Golf Island' which means it is a very quiet area with no through traffic. You will have your own private access via a side gate and through the backyard. Maximum Guests is 2 adults and 1 child. Child would need to sleep on the floor on a small, cot mattress or in a travel cot (can be provided) next to the bed. *Things to Note* ....... We do live at the same property and have young children, so we ask that guests are respectful of noise levels when returning to the flat late at night and do not bring additional guests that are not on the booking. We also have a small, very friendly, dog. No smoking is allowed on the property. We would prefer only one car per booking as street parking is not allowed as per terms and conditions with council approval. Guests will have their own access through a side gate. One of us is usually home most days and if not we are always available on mobile. You are welcome to SMS us during your stay. Located only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the shopping centre where The Whistling Kite Pub is located. Bus services available to get to Rockingham and Mandurah. Warnbro train station is a 15 minute drive away and great for trips to the city. Access to the pool is not included in this listing. This can be discussed with your host. Laundry facilities are available in the main house and access can be organised with the host. If guests are staying longer than 5-7 days, extra cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost of $50 per clean. This would include a full clean of the unit and washing of bedding and towels.
