Cosy room in a duplex apt 1 min from metro station

My apartment is very sunny, quite and breezy. Once you wake up you can have your coffee in your balcony and enjoy the morning fresh air. Then you can go down to stay in the living room which is a very cozy shared area where people eat, play chess, read or just chill out in a beautifully curated sunny room. If you need to work, there’s a dedicated workspace in every room (a desk with an office chair). You will love staying in my warm house because it has everything you need in your stay. My apartment is a duplex which means it consists of 2 floors; the bottom floor has apartment’s entrance, and one bedroom that’s occupied by my friend Abdelrahman, the kitchen, the guests’ bathroom, the living room, the dining room. Then the upper floor has 1 big shared bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with bathroom en suite. And of course there’re an internal stairs connecting the two floors together. Shared areas: the kitchen, the dinning room, the living room are shared between all guests. The yellow room has 2 single beds, a shared balcony (the balcony has 2 chairs and a table), wardrobe and a dedicated workplace (a desk and an office chair). You will have fun, relax and do your work if you have. Masr ElGadida is a very quite neighborhood. The metro station “Heliopolis square” is less than 1 minute walking from my house and (Alpha market) is a chain supermarket that has all the grocery you need with various options. The next square is (ElHegaz square); there’re plenty of shops and supermarket where you will find anything you’re looking for.
