This is Guest Room #2 of 2 guest rooms in our home. They are situated on either side of the shared guest bathroom that has a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests have access to kitchen and laundry room. We have an extremely accessible location to all parts of Ames. Our home is a 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to either Downtown Ames or Iowa State University. CyRide bus stop is mere steps away from our front door. Walking/Bike trails to multiple parks nearby. Our home is situated conveniently to all parts of Ames, as well as to Hwy 30 and I-35. We do live here, and we welcome you to share the beauty and space of our home. We are very flexible on all aspects of check-in/check-out; we accommodate many people who are in town for work, for extension classes at ISU, visiting friends, attending sports and entertainment events, etc. We are knowledgeable about Ames and the surrounding area. You will have peace and quiet and space to enjoy your time here. This room has one Full bed, a desk, night stand, lamp, full closet, and two windows. Bedroom door has digital code pad for your privacy and safety. Bathroom is right next door with shower, sink, and toilet. Living room, kitchen, patio, laundry Your personal space is respected here. Convenient to anywhere in Ames. By car, bike, or foot you'll have access to beautiful tree lined neighborhoods and paths through wooded areas next to streams. Sounds awesome, doesn't it? It is! Bus, bike, walk, uber, Lyft, taxi all very accessible. Close to ISU and downtown Ames. Part of our income comes from self-employment activity. Please excuse the use of our front room as a work area. It is such a wonderful room to spend any kind of time in, and works for our purpose. You will always have a clear and well lit path to enter and get to your room. The two rooms we are hosting for airbnb are in the upper split level of our house, and have a newly remodeled bathroom between them. Bathroom has lock on the door for complete privacy, and hooks for hanging clothes and towel. Rooms are each furnished with desk and office chair with convenient outlets located near the desk and the night stand. We charge no extra cleaning fees. The price that we list the room for is the amount we receive minus 3% that we pay airbnb for Host Booking Fee.
