A lovely, tidy large double room with a comfy bed, a sofa bed, TV and a DVD player for a relaxing stay. Private bathroom next to your room. In a quiet detached house close to all local amenities. Large Double room available in a lovely tidy detached house in Marina Park NN5 (St crispins). Room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, kettle, mini fridge, chest of drawers, foldaway table/laptop desk, bedside tables, blinds and black out curtains. There is a wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers for your clothes. WiFi is included, TV in the room with Now TV box (limited channels- ITV, Channel4, Iplayer. There is also a Netflix/ Disney+ app but it does requires own log in) and a DVD player (large selection of DVDs to choose from in bedside draw). Clean bedding, Bath sheet and hand towel provided in the room. The bedroom has a secure lock on the door with key. Hand sanitiser is provided in the room, the room will be fully disinfected and cleaned after each guest. All bills are included in the price. Bathroom with shower over bath right next to your room which you will have sole use of so you don’t need to wait for someone to get out in the mornings, there is also a WC downstairs and a shared kitchen/diner with NOW TV. Your own space can be given in fridge for your food should you need it. All kitchen appliances can be used and there is a dishwasher so you don’t need to wash up. Parking right outside the front of the house in a non through quiet road. Small enclosed garden. New build property with easy access to M1, walking distance to Sixfields and very regular bus routes to Town centre/train station/Daventry. Walking distance to all local amenities which include a co-op, indigo sun tanning shop, fish and chips, tapas restaurant, one stop, hops and chops, cafe and a Chinese takeaway. It is also a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 5 local pubs, cinema, bowling and restaurants. ***PLEASE NOTE: *** *The room is available from Monday- Friday ONLY. This room would not be suitable for someone requiring a 7 day rent. This room would be more suited to a professional (someone working away from home) due to me working from home in the daytime* I have a small friendly dog (a CockerPom). I work full time and generally keep myself to myself in the evenings watching tv in the lounge. If you require a later check out (at no extra cost) just ask!
