Cosy Cottage with private garden.

Situated in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight, in two acres of beautiful gardens sat back from the road, Cosy Cottage is a hidden gem of tranquillity on the West Wight. The property features three bedrooms (1x double, 1x twin and 1x single), an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area as well as a private garden. Dogs are welcome at Cosy Cottage and can be let off the lead at all times in the private garden. Cosy Cottage is part of the spacious grounds of Cosy Wolf Bed and Breakfast. Guests staying at Cosy Cottage are welcome to explore the gardens, but dogs should be kept on a lead at all times. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. A travel cot can be provided for infants sharing the double bedroom with their parents. We welcome well-behaved dogs for stays in our Cosy Cottage by prior arrangement. We charge a supplementary cleaning charge of £25 per dog per stay and repair costs will be charged if your dog damages furniture and/or soft furnishings. Please do not let your furry friends on the furniture and/or soft furnishings. Your dog is allowed to be off the lead in the private cottage garden at all times but we would ask you to ensure other guests are not disturbed if you walk your dog in the main garden. Please note that a maximum of two dogs is allowed in our Cosy Cottage. Dog owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs. Please dispose bagged up dog fouling in the bins provided.
