Lovely Home on Block Island | Ocean views Big lawn

Beautiful island home with two large bedrooms and spacious living room, a nice modern kitchenette. There is a new 1000 sf deck with an outdoor shower with 180 views of the Atlantic Ocean and lawn. The house combines a quaint décor with all the modern amenities like high speed Internet, Smeg fridge, appliances w microwave, TVs etc. The upstairs bedroom which is the entire floor has a king bed and separate bunk beds which is perfect for family in addition to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there's a bedroom with a queen size bed, a modern kitchenette and a living/dining area with a sleeper sofa. On the second floor you'll find is a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. There is also a lounge area, home office with a desk top and wifi. The building is located next to a larger home but it has total privacy and separate driveway. This bohème home offers a great getaway for family and friends that are looking to explore Block Island. The house is on Spring street, just passed the Spring House in an excellent location close to the beach and town. I will most likely be available to you for any information you may need during your stay. The cottage is a great location, while close to town is also enroute to some of the main attractions on the southeast side of the island such as the Southeast Lighthouse and the Mohegan Bluffs. A car is ideal but bringing or renting bikes will get you around the island easily. There are also a handful of cabs on the island. You have your own driveway.
