Close by the Marina & fast water. Enjoy seasonal fresh fruits around Brentwood orchards 10 mins away. Access to the entire home on the waterfront with a private boat dock. Except no access to garage, master closet, or laundry closet. Guests can text or call with any questions or concerns. No party or loud noises since this is a quiet family oriented & semi- retirement neighborhood. Have to observe quiet time 9 pm to 8am in consideration to our neighbors. Interior motion sensors, external cameras, & doorbell camera installed for security & safety. Rental contract needs to be signed for rental. No unregistered guests allowed. Limited parking space in a small cul de sac. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Please avoid parking directly in front of the neighbor’s houses. Plastic Paddle boards & 2 kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Please secure them to the dock with the attached lines or put them away on the upper deck after each use. Missing paddles, fins, or water-sport equipment will be charged for replacement. For safety, anyone at risk is advised to wear a life jacket at all times while on deck or using paddle boards, paddle boat, or kayaks. No sitting or standing on the deck rails, and do not jump or dive from the deck into the water since it’s shallow & rocky. Renters are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children while on the property & in the water. The renters acknowledge inherent risks related to properties on the waters with dock. It is the renters’ responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the dock. Renters are hereby notified that the water can be dangerous and renters fully accepts the risks involved. Renters are further notified to be cautious when exiting the rear of the home as the dock and water can be a hazard. There are no rails to prevent a fall into the water from the backyard or the dock. Renters agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they participate in any activities, including water activities and use of water equipment including but not exclusive to Paddle Boards, Kayaks. The Renters shall hereby agree to hold the Owner harmless against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from any activities or incidents of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. Renters expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Renters, and that Renters should purchase their own insurance for themselves if such coverage is desired. All Renters and guests must observe and obey all terms and conditions in the lease & the house rules listed on Airbnb.
