Warm, homely and quiet space for up to 6 guests

What we are offering is two double bedrooms (or up to three double bedrooms see additional listing), suitable for families or small groups. On the same level we also have a full visitors bathroom and a private visitors lounge with TV, internet, fridge, tea & coffee facilities. NOTE: We only have one guest group at any one time so rest assured you have the bedroom, lounge and bathroom all to yourself. Should you wish we also invite guests to join us in our kitchen where we provide a light breakfast. This is our family home where we are resident downstairs and live here all the time. Being semi retired we will be here to meet you, provide access and will assist you in any way possible. This is quiet, lovely treed neighborhood with a short walk to coffee shops and with trains, trams and buses less than 10 minutes walk away. There is ample free street parking for both cars and vans. If you require some added vehicle protection we can allow you to park in the drive if that is necessary. Travel time by train to the city is only 23 minutes. Note to travel on public transport in Melbourne you need to have pre purchased a MYKI card. There are no daily tickets available.
