Completely renovated house 10 minutes by car from Alassio and Albenga. Immersed in the medieval village of Cisano sul Neva, quiet and convenient location for all services. Under the house there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, various groceries, tobacconist's, famacia, doctor's office, post office, etc. The house is arranged on several levels: there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a room with a kitchen, a terrace and a solarium. The location of the house is perfect both for holidays by the SEA (the white beaches of Alassio are only 10 minutes away by car), for SPORTS holidays (Val Pennavaire is famous for trekking and climbing) and for a holiday in NATURE with trails to do by bike, days sunbathing or diving into the Neva river. In addition, the Côte d'Azur is only 80km away, ideal as a day trip. POST COVID 19: The person in charge of welcoming and checking in will receive you with a mask and will briefly explain the layout of the house and any additional information. In addition to the normal cleaning and hygiene of the premises, we sanitize all surfaces with a sanitizing medical device specifically for COVID19 before your arrival. Cleaning is carried out by employees with masks and gloves. Use of air conditioners is NOT PERMITTED at the moment due to COVID19 rules. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink and leave all the amenities of the house in order "like at home". Once you leave the house we ask you to turn off the lights and all the electrical equipment you find in the house. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, therefore we ask you to respect the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise after 22.00.
