It's the top floor of a complex of 3 family apartments. Here you can relax and have a memorable vacation. Distance from Ermoupoli Siros (main port) is 10' drive. "Kokkina" sandy and calm beach is 5' stroll. Foinikas marina is only 5' walking. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery etc are really close. Villa Utopia surrounding land provides all amenities a guest could expect for a care free vacation. Flowers, herbs, trees, a built-in BBQ, free ample private parking space. 24/7 hot water. Bedroom has a 160x200 mtr bed with a memory foam mattress, built-in closet with hangers and drawers for your clothes. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler). Additionally, crockery, glasses and cutlery, as well as various kitchen gadgets and cooking pots, frying pans and food containers. Guests have full access to all areas, except owners' apartment. Your privacy is very important to us. We are vacationing too, so we may not be in the property, except when doing chores, cooking or sleep. However, I'm only a phone/call/text/e-mail away. My cell phone has mobile internet connection, so, I'm reachable to help you 24/7. Besides the stunning ocean views, guests can take walks to the nearby hills. Although bus stop is only 10' walk, guests would get the most out of the island if they rent a car or ATV (quad) bikes.
