VV's by seaside apartment!

Its a basement apartment that looks at the sidewalk of the beach. The sea is less than 3 minutes walk! It is very bright and cool. The location is perfect, there is a super market just 3 minutes away and all the beach bars, restaurants, bus station, sport facilities are nearby! The apartment is about 40 meters with one bedroom (with new IKEA bed) and a kitchen-living room, and has a small balcony that has railings and is secure. The outside doors and windows are new. In the living room there is a big sofa-bed (IKEA) and a chair-bed. The previous small WC is brand new and a lot bigger as form late June 2019 as you can see in the images. We have installed a new AC (summer 2017), and as from June 2018 it has a new kitchen/oven and new Refrigerator. You can use everything inside the apartment (except of the washing machine that is out of order). I can help guests with their needs and guide them for their vacations in Chalkidiki. Safe neighbourhood, perfect for families For the beach you have to walk 2 minutes as it is just outside the front door. You can visit rest of Chalkidiki by car! Please check the bathroom description and photos, as it is small. If you think it would be a problem dont book.
