Come stay with us in our Apple Valley hideaway. Located near the cities of Eagan,Bloomington and Minneapolis we're away from the bustle just enough to relax and unwind. Enjoy the private outdoor sanctuary, a tour of JuliAnne's art studio (or find her artwork online). We have four private rooms, rented separately as individual listings. Rental of all rooms can accommodate 8-10 in the 5500 square foot space. This listing is for "The Writers Cove" which can accommodate two. You will think you have stepped back in time with the warm colors and antiques reminiscent of a European estate. JuliAnne's Art and Photography studio are part of the space filled with inspiration and beauty. With two full kitchens and cappuccinos on tap you feel the warmth of an Italian villa. If your stay is more than a few days you may want to cook in the spacious kitchen set up for a gourmet chef. Apple Valley is surrounded by nature yet you are close to the cities of Eagan, Burnsville, Rosemount, Bloomington, St Paul, and Minneapolis. We welcome people of all backgrounds. You will be staying in "The Writers Cove" room with a queen sized bed . You will have access to the shared commons areas and kitchens, your private room and bath as well as the porches and outdoor grounds. You can request a parking spot for a rental car on a first come first served basis at no additional charge. You also have access to the therapeutic spa outdoors under the stars. JuliAnne is usually around to help out with directions and suggestions for local activities. You can have as much or as little of us as you want. JuliAnne’s home is located in Apple Valley, Minnesota, United States. With quick access to Cedar Avenue , one of the main freeways in the Twin Cities. You can reach most destinations in a short time from our location. Most of what you need is available right here in Apple Valley for shopping, groceries and restaurants. We are minutes away from the Minnesota Zoo and many local restaurants. We are also minutes from Lebanon Hills Regional park with hiking, canoeing, cross country skiing, dirt bike and horse trails, swimming, kayak and paddle board rentals in the park. It is easy to get around via Uber, metro transit, or by rental car. There are a few parking spaces at our location available on a first-come first served basis. This must be reserved with us ahead of time at no additional charge. We have two spacious porches for outdoor enjoyment and upon request access to the warm therapuedic spa inviting you after a busy travel, work, or shopping day.
