Easy access to city center and tour attractions by bus/subway. - Private, newly renovated, thick windows prevent noise - Room 1: Queen bed, air conditioner, dressing table, mirror, hanger - Room 2:double bed, single bed, air conditioner, bedside table, hanger - Kitchen: Sink, table, refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, range/stove, kitchen ware etc - Laundry: Washing machine, detergent - Bathroom: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, hand soap, toothpaste, towels and toilet paper - Available if needed: Vacuum cleaner, iron, scale (for luggage) Directions: *By Incheon airport limousine bus(recommended!) - Take the airport limousine bus (#6012) and get off on Yeonsinnae station, 1 hour, KRW10000 for adult, KRW8000 for child *By Incheon airport railroad. - Get on the airport train at the airport, and transfer to the subway #6 at Digital Media City Station and get off subway at Yeonsinnae Station *By Incheon Taxi - 40mins, KRW60000 If you want me to keep your luggage before the check-in time, I can accomodate you. Please let me know in advance. We live on upper floor with a separate entrance, with 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls). My family is keen to exchange cultures in spite of different languages. We are eager to make friends with people from other countries. My house is located near Yeonsinnae subway station (#3 & #6) and it is also very near to airport bus stop. Just 5mins by foot. Very good location as eateries,cafes,hospitals,banks are easily available and stores, and park are just across the streets. It is also close to the E-mart. If you go a little further , about 15 mins by bus , you can enjoy hike in the Bukhan National Park and walk in Seooreung and Seosamrung , world heritage. Very outdoor friendly for a variety of activities. The neighborhood is quiet at night so you will have a great night's sleep for your next exciting day in Korea. *It's a local place instead of touristy place, so things are cheaper and not so crowed. But it is perpect location for city tour! Very convient to the city center! *10~20 min to Gyeongbokgung palace, Insadong, Bukchon, Samcheong, Jongro, Worldcup stadium by bus or subway. *20~30 min to Hongdae, Dongdaemun, Namdaemun,Myeongdong,Shinchon(Yeonse Univ, E-Wha Univ, Sogang Univ),Cheonggyecheon, Gwanghwamun, Seoul city hall, Kintex by bus or subway. *30~40 min to Gangnam, Apgujeong, shinsa, Itaewon,Yeouido by bus or subway. *50~60 min to coex by bus or subway. Even though it is located just near to the crowded subway station , but located in residential area. Family oriented and safe area. I know my place is priced lower than it's value , but I decided to use it to serve other people and grow my kids open-minded. I like helping travelers from all over the world. And I am ready to share the culture.
