Nice and comfortable in the nature

A very nice apartment, luminous, well furnished. Located 800 mt. from the city of Roana, within a green and relaxing park which includes 3 small buildings, the apartment is the ideal starting point for walks, hiking, biking, snowshoeing and skiing. The apartment has always belonged to my family, and we still use it whenever possible. It is composed of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed), bathroom (with shower and washing machine), a large and sunny terrace. The whole house is available. Upon request, a garage could be used. I will be present at the arrival of the guests to receive them and explain them the functioning of the house, and when they will be leaving. Throughout the stay I will be always reachable by phone and email, and ready to help in case of need. Roana is one of the seven municipalities of the Asiago Highlands. Its position, more retreat compared to Asiago, allows to maintain it more quiet even during the most crowded period (Christmas and new year's holidays, and August) , while counting with all services (pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias). 1 km from the house is located the Spillek lake, tourist attraction with a beach bar - restaurant, adventure park, ice rink. The Asiago region is a magical place full of history and with a unique, stunning nature. Roana is the ideal starting point for the best hiking in the area, and the ski area of Campolongo and Monte Verena. It is located on the road which leads to Lavarone, Folgaria and Trento. The apartment is located in a small building of 7 apartments, all holiday homes that are rarely occupied. Guests can freely access the park surrouding the building.
