Welcome to our house! Superbly located in the heart of Pallanza, you'll be just 3 minutes away from the lake and yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The house offers generous and curated spaces both inside and outside. Our private courtyard is a nice green space for you to read a book, have a glass of wine and relax! In the indoor spaces, you'll find: -spacious and bright living room with table, kingsize bed, wardrobe and armchairs. -A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your cooking -Bathroom with shower and all the essentials -Spacious private garage (with extra space for bikes and other equipment) -Double entrance (including a private entrance from the garage) Outdoor: -A Spacious courtyard with chairs, table (and flowers!) -Garage We'll be completely available during your stay! We live really close to the house so just drop us a message and we'll be available in no time. Bus stop from Verbania/Stresa railway station is 5 minutes away from the house. From the same square, you'll have the chance to reach most of the nearby cities including but not limited to Intra, Arizzano, Locarno, Brissago. All year long, you'll also be able to book a seat for Malpensa (terminal 1/2) airport and the bus stops and departs from there! We can provide more information on that too if you need any help. For periods longer than 7 days we will provide extra bed linen. The price of the tourist tax set to €0,50 per person per night is already included in the price of the house.
