With wonderful walks at your feet (literally) you could find yourself at Williamstown Beach in an hour. Want to get there quicker? Jump on the studio bike and follow the cycle trail located nearby straight to your destination. Fancy a night out? Yarraville’s iconic Sun Theatre is a hop, step and jump up the street – you can almost smell the popcorn from home. Melbourne CBD is a 10-minute train ride away or get your ratings up with an affordable Uber trip taking you the 7 kms to your inner-city destination. Whether you are staying for work or play, everything you need for an excellent time is provided. From a bike to beach towels, an ironing board to a cast iron fireplace, we are prepared so you can have a comfortable time. The studio is completely private and independent for you to come and go as you please. Upon arrival, instructions for access will be provided and if there are any issues along the way, we are contactable and located nearby to lend a hand. Located just 7 kms from Melbourne CBD, Yarraville is the perfect place to reside connecting you to the busy hub of the city, and bringing you home to a peaceful and warm environment. Head to the iconic Sun Theatre for a film and be sure to pop next door to Café Terroni which serves up wonderful and incredibly authentic Italian food. When you arise from your slumber, a delicious breakfast and coffee awaits you at Woven Café located at the end of the street. The village-style of Yarraville, surrounded by its beautiful gardens as well as being close to both the beach and Melbourne city, means that you are always within walking or riding distance of everything you need. If you're a keen foodie, Yarraville and Seddons renowned restaurants are around the corner. Or perhaps you might like to try some of your local Farmer's Market finds in the kitchen? The pantry is well stocked with all the standard items should you require to prepare your home-cooked feast. The Yarraville train station is a 5-minute walk from the studio. Melbourne CBD is a 10-minute train ride from Yarraville. Williamstown Beach is a beautiful stroll, a lovely bike ride or a short train ride away. The Punt Boat is close to the studio and can provide you with access to Port Melbourne and St Kilda across the water. A bike and helmet are provided for you to use during your stay. We do offer single night stays but there is a $40 surcharge added. Please request to book two nights and we can discuss the pricing for the single night . The studio is located near a train line, which is great for fast access to public transport. The trains don't run overnight, and don't bother most people, but we provide ear plugs if required. If you are particular sensitive to noise or come from a very quiet county area , this may not be the place for you. We have some lovely big beautiful trees on our property, but they are home to possums which area protected animal. You may hear a thump on the roof should they want to cross to a different tree.
