St Victor du Fau is an eco-retreat and permaculture farm with several self-catering rentals. Set in 20ha of greenery with a 12x6m chlorine-free pool, yet only a 10min drive to town. Many caves, castles, lakes and charming medieval villages within a 30min drive. Organic seasonal produce and yoga classes available. Please note children are under the responsibility of their parents and supervision is necessary due to some electric gates, open ponds, ... Gite Chataigne is a large studio on the first floor for 1-4 people with a lovely view over the weeping willows. Fully air-conditioned 2 - 4 single beds (90x190cm) New marble kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, hotplates. Seating area with large flat-screen TV and armchairs. 1 large shower with rain shower and 2 separate WCs. Organic soaps (shampoo, hand-soap and dish-soap) The patio is located a few steps from the apartment to take your meals outside. You will also find in the gardens a BBQ, picnic table and a chlorine-free pool (12x6m) with retractable cover, which keeps the pool an average of 29C in high season. Pool open 10am-8pm, May to October. Sunbeds and parasols provided. Tours of the property with visits to the animals, greenhouse, fruit forest, and huguelculture beds for those interested are organized once a week. Otherwise we're out and about running the farm! Guide books available. NEW! Owner is certified in yoga instruction, classes available by request, pay what you wish. We recommend you have a car. Free parking on site. Please note the last 500m to the property are not paved. You do not need a 4x4, but a sports car with low clearance will not be able to make it. A 40€ cash or cheque cleaning deposit is required at check-in. It will be returned to you at checkout as long as you have removed all your trash and cleaned the dishes and/or turned on dishwasher.
