A quiet, A/C room with private bathroom overlook ing the sea, the mountains and the sun set ! A Few minutes walk from secluded beach cove. Stella Maris is an NGO, and all funds received through the rooms go towards various social projects. We also speak French, Italian, Tamil, Malayalam, Arabic and Irish. A South indian breakfast is included in the room price. Stella Maris is an Oasis of peace and tranquility. Our B&B is part of a campus run by the Daughters of Mary congregation, and it is not an exaggeration to say that the campus is filled with a sense of wellness and recovery, in part generated by the ethos of the institution. We are located at the most elevated point in Kanyakumari. Apart from giving us the best views, our location also gives us cool breezes when there is none to be found elsewhere in the town.. Our gardens are spacious, colourful and peaceful. On our campus we have a small organic farm with fruits vegetables and livestock. The staff and volunteers are always looking for an opportunity to chat with guests, and generally make them welcome. Ours is a very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is a very safe area. You will find lots of neighbours smiling at you whenever you go for a walk on your own. We are 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and the Bus stand, and 20 minutes from the town centre Although Airbnb take payment for the booking directly from guests, Tax is payable at the B&B. This tax is payable in all establishments, Stella Maris acts as a collection agent for the government, and delivers all taxes collected to them.
