Cozy Kinneret Home

This private suite is a simple 30 meters studio with an outdoor kitchen/entrance area . It is part of a house with its own entrance, outside the parking you can relax on the deck patio overlooking the amazing view of the sea of Galilee. The house is located on top of a hill in Kineret Hamoshava. A beautiful place in the Jordan valley, just a 5-minute downhill walk to the sea of Galilei or a 10-minute drive to the Jordan river. There are two museums in the village, one of them is a private family heritage museum that Itai’s grandfather created in order to preserve items and pictures that tell the story of the second Aliya (history of Kinnert and the kibbutz around). We built most of it ourselves with some good help from friends. We try to use only natural materials like wood, stone and clay plaster. Itai’s family arrived at the village of Kineret in 1910 and kept a lot of historical heritage, some of them you can find in our studio apartment. The studio is furnished with a double bed, a dining/work table, a reading chair, free WiFi, private toilet and private bathroom. we add a small deck area overlooking the sea of Galilee . The studio is equipped with an outdoor small kitchen, electric water kettle for coffee/tea, fridge, a little oven. Bed linen and towels are included. the deck area overlooking the sea of Galilee is 10 meters away from the unit and you have to cross the main entrence to the house above
