The spacious living area extends over the entire ground floor and includes an integrated kitchen and access to the large, lake view terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, each with access to the balcony with panoramic views. There is also a modern bathroom. The dining table and sun loungers on the large, lake view terrace invite you to spend all day outdoors. It's the perfect place to soak up some sun and enjoy the stunning views. Gravedona is only 3-5 minutes away by car and there you will find numerous shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a beautiful waterfront with a harbour/pier. Most of Lake Como's beautiful towns can be reached using Gravedona's public boat service. There is a private garage in the basement of the home, which is accessed via the wrought iron gate, then follow the driveway around the terrace and into the garage. After a few minutes driving you reach beautyful beaches and also watersport possibilities.
