All rooms have ceiling fans with lights. The back yard has a privacy and chain link fence. Lovely view of a meadow out front. A short walk down the dead end lane brings you to a fishing lake and public Greenspace walking trail. You will feel you are in your own outdoor paradise. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress. The second bedroom has a day bed with a roll out trundle giving two twin mattresses beds. The roll out trundle is perfect for children. The living room has a futon that makes a full size bed giving more sleeping space. There is also a twin and a full air mattress that can be placed in the large living room. The family room has a full size couch and a loveseat couch. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen table and chairs. House is close to downtown Elizabethtown, historic points of interest, restaurants, bars, and the Sports Park. House is 20 minutes from Jim Beam distillery, Saunders Spring recreation area, Bernheim Forest, Bardstown and the Bourbon Trail. 30 minutes from Bridges to the Past and Tioga Falls and Ft Duffield Civil War site, with trails and recreational area. 40 minutes from Louisville, Churchill Downs where the Kentucky Derby is held each May and the Kentucky Derby Museum, and the Louisville Zoo 40 minutes to Mammoth Cave and Kentucky Down Under. Elizabethtown has been designated Kentucky’s First Urban Trail Town. There are many parks, maintained trails, many along lakes or creeks. It is a beautiful city to explore outdoors.
