Our studio conversion offers contemporary open plan lodgings. Fully equipped kitchen unit, dining setting, lounge area including bedroom with king size bed that splits into two singles, a pull out sofa at no extra cost. The bathroom offers double shower. A second separate bedroom offers two single beds or double bed/second bathroom plus laundry. A continental breakfast is provided. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from CBD and a short car drive to scenic points of interest in the district . Our space has its own private deck with outdoor table and chairs. It is set back in a private garden setting. We are happy for you to have your children or friends in the studio only (not using the second bedroom) using the pull out sofa as extra bedding at no extra cost. Please just book for 2 and notify me direct regards extras. I respect our guests privacy but equally am available for a chat about local points of interest/our New Zealand culture and am always able to be contacted either by a knock on the door or text message should our guests need any assistance. We live in a peaceful neighbourhood on an avenue so certainly not a busy main road. We are a 2 minute walk to park and scenic drive and 5 minute walk to CBD. Car bikes or bus are recommended to our local and popular Hobbiton and other nearby attractions. We are so central to all other towns/cities with tourist attractions so no long trips which equates to a most relaxing stay.
