Treat yourself to magnificent, uninterrupted views over the beautiful rolling hills of the Yea Valley and surrounding mountain ranges. Designed and built by a local building designer, this truly is a unique, comfortable and relaxed space just waiting for you to enjoy. The centre of town along with its cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs is only a 15 minute walk away (or a 3 minute drive....) A loft style studio retreat for a couple. Beautifully designed with an industrial chic feel but also with a welcoming warmth that makes you relax into the environment in a heart beat. Polished concrete floors on the ground level are heated in the winter months. There is a great kitchen with all you need and a comfortable living space. The large windows all around the house frame the views perfectly, allowing you to enjoy your surroundings from inside or out. Nestle in the cosy bedroom upstairs. The entire space is yours during your stay. There is plenty of information at the property on what to do in the local area and hopefully all you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You are free to explore and use the place as your own. We are not located at the property so it is yours to let yourself in and enjoy your privacy. There is loads of information at the house on the local attractions, scenic drives and gorgeous places to grab a coffee or have a beautiful dining experience. We are available by phone or email if you need any information at anytime. We are tucked away on a no through road above the township of Yea on Constitution Hill, or Mt Connie as its known by the locals. We are a 15 minute walk downhill into town where you can explore the townships cafes, restaurants, shops and the wetlands information centre. The Yea Wetlands Information Centre is a great place to find additional information on the area also. There are many wineries in the area with Sedona Estate being the closest to Yea. Highly recommended. Yea is a great base for many of the tourist drives around the area. The Murrindindi Scenic reserve and the Great Victorian Rail Trail are another couple of great attractions. There is truly so much to discover in the area. Our road is a private road so is not maintained. It is a dirt road with a couple of pot holes but is an easy drive up if you follow the path most travelled upon. (Perhaps not recommended for super low sports cars..) You can easily walk into town from the property however will need a car or bike to travel further afield and really explore the area. We do provide coffee, tea, muesli and condiments for a basic breakfast.
