All surface needs to be sanitized, all bedding to be washed, all utensils etc and dispose all existing consumables in the house . But if you are not tested positive, no extra cleaning fee apply. Our kitchen provides electrical appliances and cookware. We provide gas cooktops and instant-hot-water system. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here. Washing machine are available with supply of laundry detergent. Our spacious backyard face the morning sunrise but in the shade by early afternoon. It is just a great place to relax after a busy day. BBQ grill is free to use. Spacious table with 8 chairs in the balcony. Our beds are selected from department store or quality furniture shops, solid timber or fabric integrated. The mattress are supper comfortable with medium to firm hardness and chiropractor approved. Parking is free inside.
