Charming Old House With Character!

A spacious double bedroom situated in a lovely old house in a quiet street, less than a 5 min walk from the town centre. Parking at door, on street. BIG bedroom! Guests can access all of downstairs, courtyard and garden(s). I have a 9 to 5 office job Monday to Friday so evenings from 5.30pm onwards is the best time to get me. My parents live next door and my Aunt is my other neighbour. There is usually always someone around and my father will happily let guests in and help them get settled if I m not home from work. At the bottom of my street there is a takeaway that is open till midnight most nights, and there is a convenience shop next door to it that is open every night till 9. There is also a launderette should that be required at the bottom of the street also. There are 3 bank branches, a building society, a couple of travel agents, 3 pharmacies, a library with free internet access, and post office in the town centre. The petrol station is at Tescos and is open till 10.00pm. There are no shortage of pubs also- consult host regarding those that do meals. There are a selection of brochures available regarding eating out and the partaking of alcohol in local establishments! Further afield there are 2 golf courses around Cupar- Cupar Golf Course, supposedly the oldest 9 hole golf course in the world, and Stratheden Golf Course- a good 18 hole course. The centre of town is only a 5 min walk from the house, where there are plenty of bus stops and also taxis. There is also a busy train station which can take commuters to Dundee in 20 min, and Edinburgh in about an hour. Cupar is a low crime area. It is quite safe to go for a walk in the town on your own and round about. There are plenty of countryside walks also. There are tea making facilities in the bedroom as well as the kitchen. Tea/coffee/milk is all free. I don't do breakfast but guests are welcome to help themselves to my porridge, or a couple of slices of bread to make toast etc.
