This bright, renovated cottage is on a sunset facing, gently sloping, 3/4 acre piece of tranquility. Rocky shore quickly turns to hard sand (no weeds) in beautiful Crowe Lake. Great for kayaks, swimming, fishing or just lounging in this clean lake! Room at the grass front and backyard of the cottage for family fun along with a huge 10x30 wraparound deck. Bright, open concept, cozy space! Perfect to share the huge lot with family or friends! Unforgettable Sunsets on this West facing lot. Enjoy being serenaded by the Loons every night and a family of Ducks lives in the area:) All access! Great sandy, shallow area of less than 2ft deep, for small kids on the south side of the point! 3 kayaks for your use ( 1 double, 1 adult single, 1 child single) Plenty of things to do like: fishing, walk by the hobby horse farm a mere 5 minutes up the road! The town of Marmora is only a 5 minute drive away with family parks, trails, grocery, Beer and Liquor store. Plenty of parking on the lot as well! Winter FUN!!! The Lake is frozen and great for enjoying the winter activities! Bring your Cross country skis, skates, sleds, ice fishing gear.....whatever!
